The neighborhood is beautiful and calm, yet centrally located, and includes several historic parks and gardens as well as museums and galleries such as the Botanical Garden and King's Garden – also known as Rosenborg Castle Gardens – the Østre Anlæg park, SMK – National Gallery of Denmark, and the Hirschsprung Collection (right across the street).

Most main tourist sites and attractions and the city centre are within walking distance. Trendy Nørrebro can also be reached by foot.

Travel Details from the host -> What I love the most about my apartment is the view and the location – central, yet surrounded by the most beautiful parks and galleries of Copenhagen – and how quiet, spacious and bright it is with its high ceilings and large windows. I also love relaxing on my green balcony in the summer. It’s a bit of an oasis with trees, bushes, plants, flowers, even strawberries. I’ve studied (engineering and business) and worked in France and Belgium for a few years and thus speak French. Although I’ve also spent quite some time in Cuba over the years, my Spanish still needs a bit of work ;-) You may meet George, if I'm not around to welcome you. George is my cohost as well as my friend. He lives part time in Brazil, is fluent in Portuguese, and is a very experienced Airbnb host.
