You will enjoy wonderful and charming walks in those garden but also along "Les quais de seine",, where you will get into "river boat " to visit Paris along the SEINE ,

"Notre Dame", île Saint Louis, Panthéon, and all the latin district.
1 minute to Arènes de Lutece
3 minutes to Jardin des plantes
10 minutes to Panthéon
14 minutes to Notre Dame and île Saint Louis.

There is a very nice market place 3 times a week at "place Monge".
And all the daily shops are very close from the flat (bakery, super market , butcher, etc).
