This very large apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. It offers stunning views of the capital. You will enjoy the village atmosphere that characterizes Le Marais. Picasso Museum is 300 meters away and many other cultural centers are close by.

In this particular period of deconfinement, we are very vigilant about the cleaning and hygiene of the apartment and the common areas; elevator buttons, keys, wrists, for example, are washed regularly.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, in a historical area that today is animated by art galleries and nice food markets.
You will take an elevator to access the apartment.
The apartment is on the two top floors of a hundred years old building, ancient workshop, typically parisian.

Neighborbood Overview:

Our street is very quiet and at the end of it you will find rue de Bretagne, full of life from early morning until late at night ! Cafés and restaurants, among the most arty and fashionable ones in the city, are always welcoming.

The neighbouring "Marché des enfants Rouges" offers regional, authentic and only fresh food products.

The newly renovated Picasso Museum (re-opening in May 2014) is 300 meters away from the apartment.
Musée d'Art Moderne (Beaubourg), Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsme, Musée des Arts et Métiers, are very close by museums among other museums of "le Marais" area, that you will be curious to visit.

Place des Vosges, place de la Bastille and the newly renovated Place de la République are 5 minutes walks. Le Marais has the charm of a village ; small streets, very few cars, old stone made residences, amazing choice of restaurants, fashionable art galleries and shops. It's always a pleasure to walk around !
