We're very happy to share our lovely house! Studio and bathroom are indepedants. Clean lines, raw materials, chosen design in a nice neighbourhood! Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, Concorde-Champs Elysée and rive gauche are at 15-25mn via métro (12).
The space
"We built this house in 2006, in a heart block, quiet, around a patio The former architecture studio on the ground floor has regained its original function. An independent studio, open to the courtyard. the rubble wall, concrete headboard, sage, olive outside give it an authentic charm, enhanced by a very fifties design selection. "
Guest access
The entrance from the courtyard of the building is common to both units. The studio has a bathroom, a kitchenette and a small office. The bay window gives access to the patio.
