Travel Details from the host -> Yia sas! Hello! My name is Michael - Philippos and I am the owner of Rodos Paradise Villa. I am very proud of the property as I believe it ‘speaks’ about my love of the island, my love of Greek architecture, my desire to have somewhere special and remarkable to go home to after a long days’ work. For many years I owned and managed Rhodes’ town top jewellery centre and gallery of fine carpets and gifts. I have, however, always enjoyed cooking and entertaining and, more recently, turned my talents to developing one of the Old Town’s top fast food outlets, a Greek deli which aims to impress its customers with its range and quality of its eating and drinking options. I am passionate about the island where I was born and grew up. I have always been and will continue to be a ‘voice’ in local politics and anything that has to do with the island’s future and the services and facilities we, as Rhodians, offer to our visitors. I live off-site but close to the Rodos Paradise Villa and am more than willing to help in any way to make my guests’ holiday on Rhodes memorable and enjoyable. I have a deep knowledge of the island’s history and its place of interest and will readily answer any queries or point my guests in the right direction. I can also assist with car or motorbike hire, extra travel arrangements, tours, tour guides etc and make suggestions and offer my opinions on local restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, bars and nightclubs. I have dual nationality – Greek and Swiss – and speak Greek, English and German. I aim to offer you the best holiday possible on Rhodes…so please feel free to ask anything!
