A house close to everything but also quite private with a marvelous view to the sunset and Otzias beach. The house is divided in three parts and the guest has access to two parts. All are totally seperated from each other, have different entrances, outside areas and facilities. It is perfect for two seperate families or groups that want to spend the holidays together but also have their privacy. Houses communicate only from outside not indoors.
The space
Το σπιτι ειναι χτισμενο σε λοφο και προσφερει πανοραμικη θεα, ηρεμια, απλετο χωρο και επιτρεπει στον καλεσμενο να νιωσει κοντα στην αγρια κυκλαδιτικη φυση. Οι δυο ευρυχωρες βεραντες προσφερουν τη δυνατοτητα να περασεις ολη την ημερα εξω και το βραδυ απολαμβανεις τα απειρα αστρα καθως φαινονται εντονα στον νυχτερινο ουρανο. Η κατω βεραντα ειναι απαγγεια, οταν φυσαει καθεσαι ανετα χωρις προβλημα, κατι πολυ σημαντικο σε κυκλαδιτικο σπιτι.
