Authentic, traditional, late 19th century house in Halepa neighborhood, 25 minutes walk (2km) to the Old Town. Quite neighborhood, good transportation to/from center and airport (bus station 50m away). Beautiful garden with deep shade from trees, small vegetable garden you can use, barbecue and absolute privacy being hidden by high wall fence. Two story house, old but looked after, ideal for families with children, used by ourselves as urban oasis-summer house. ΑΜΑ:00001022558
The space
The ground floor has the kitchen, one bathroom and common room with double sofa-bed. Internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor and 1st bedroom with double bed. Right next is the second bedroom with bunk beds and finally small bedroom with single bed and bathroom. The bedrooms are not totally independent since you cross rooms to move about, so the place is better suited for families and/or friends.
