The space
This loft is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, in a modern building. All windows overlook the courtyard. The apartment has a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a large bar. The lounge serves a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed and adjoining bathrooms for each, and the last bedroom with 2 single beds and a sink. There is the possibility of using 2 extra single mattresses in the living room for up to 8 people. Although this will be ideal for 6 people. On the other side of the lounge you will find the separate toilet, a laundry area with washer and a third bathroom with shower and bath.
There are two televisions, extra large in the living room with all the satellite channels and another in the master suite.

The Saint Martin neighborhood encompasses a good part of the 10th and 11th arrondissements. It is a working-class neighborhood where different cultures mix together. It is home to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations, and the Canal Saint Martin which runs from north to south, to end up along the Place de la République. This neighborhood, rich in history, is always animated and pleasant to travel through. Many covered passages and small streets reveal the originality and multitude of its occupants.
