A beautiful and cosy 35m2 flat in an alternative and beautiful area of Paris.
Ideal for 2 persons. It is calm and well located.
You'll have a real separated kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a double bed in my bedroom and a sofa which can be converted in my living room. But as the sofa is not really comfortable once unfolded, it's better for you if you're only two travellers ! But it's up to you !!
In the kitchen, you'll find anything you'll need if you like cooking and also a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a food processor, a raclette grill, a waffle iron, besides the usual ones (oven, fridge, deep-freeze, cooktop, microwave oven...) and all the cooking ustensils.
You'll also find in the flat a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a tancarville.
