Amazing huge beautiful stylish artist-space!
Imagine a New York open space that you can enter from a cute old copenhagen courtyard. You have your own terrace. One room with a queensize bed and one queensize bed in a open space (Japanese style)!
This space have more than 100 squaremeters inside and a private courtyard and terrace with more than 50 squaremeters to play on or hang out.

Please respect the tenant in the guesthouse which is also placed in the private courtyard (see photographs)

The space
Send a request, sometimes the whole space will be available, at other times shared with me and I will of course add a discount.

Guest access
You can acces both the private courtyard and the shared courtyard.

Other things to note
There is basic heat through the radiators that I prefer to keep on level 2. The woodstove will heat up the place with a super good and dry heat.
