The space
The rooms in this appartment are large and it's easy to circulate in this hausmanien flat. There's a large entrance with a piano, a big kitchen very well equipped (washing machine for clothes and dishes, oven, microwave... You will be allowed to borrow everything you need (pan, dishes, plates...) as soon as you put it back afterwards. The parental bedroom communicates with the living room, but can be closed. The living room is large, with two sofas, a good hi-fi, a big television. The children room is nice, with two superimposed beds. The bathroom is nice, with a bathtub. Toilets are separated.

Neighborbood Overview:

Our apartment is located close to the Gare du Nord, and ten minutes walk from Montmartre. It is a cosmopolitan and lively with lots of bridal shops on our boulevard! Just behind , in the 9th district , rue de Dunkerque, the area is quieter and it is where I prefer to go, with all shops nearby, restaurants and cafes everywhere. The nearby shops allow to eat cheaply, but there is also a market open every day at 10 minutes walk , which offers high- quality products, the Marché Saint Quentin.

Professeur de français, j'ai la chance d'avoir beaucoup de vacances et un bel appartement souvent vide. J'y vis avec ma fille de 15 ans et mon fils de 13 ans, Verlaine et Samson, qui aiment comme moi l'aventure. Nous avons plusieurs fois échangé des maisons avec des étrangers et cela s'est merveilleusement bien passé, dans une relation basée sur la confiance et le respect d'autrui. Nous souhaitons héberger dans notre appartement des familles exclusivement, en y laissant livres, DVD, jeux... pour votre plaisir et en toute confiance. Au centre de Paris, nous sommes très bien desservis par les transports (bus, métro, RER), en ligne direct pour les deux aéroports et pour aller se promener à pied, Montmartre est tout proche ! French teacher, I'm very lucky to have a lot of holidays and a beautiful large appartment which is empty quite often. I live ther with my daughter Verlaine (15 years old) and my son Samson (13) and we enjoy adventure. We have exchanged our house with foreigners a few times and it was a great success, in a relationship based on confidence and respect. We wish to host in our appartment families exclusively, as we will leave available for you books, DVDs, and games. And last but not least in Paris, for those who would join us by car, we have a parking place in our courtyard, and that is just great to arrive easily à la maison. And then, it will be very simple to go to the main center of interest in Paris thanks to a great netship of metro, RER and buses close to our house. And if you prefer to walk, Montmartre is less than 10' away by foot !
