PLEASE NOTE:
You have to walk 250 meters on the beach to reach it.
It can be uncomfortable at times with high wind and waves.
Quite humid at times, flaking walls.
Limited supply of water, cold only (but usually hot enough due to the sun).
No air conditioning.
Outside shower.

Other things to note
Please be advised that this is living in the nature. There may be bugs, lizards, goats, and the occasional protected Milos viper
As you will be very close to the sea, you may be uncomfortable in case of bad weather, although most of the time you will live in a dream place .
