Hij is volledig uitgerust met fornuis, oven, magnetron, Nespresso en filterkoffie en koelkast met vriesvak. Zelfs een wasmachine is aanwezig. Woonruimte en beide slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning. Heerlijk terras direct voor het appartement voor bijvoorbeeld ontbijt of lekker nagenieten van de zwoele avonden.
