The flat has all amenities (kitchen, bathroom, WiFi, …) and is very close to the city center.

If you love the flair of Vienna you will love the flair of this apartment. You will have a very cosy stay in a nice and large 25 square meters room in an "Altbau" apartment with wing doors and nearly 4 meter high rooms in a typical Viennese "Gründerzeit" house from the late 19th century.

Though the building has a "Gründerzeit" charm, the apartment is fully furnished with all modern amenities.

It is typical for its 4-5 storey "Gründerzeit" buildings that create the particular charm of this district. A really nice park is just around the corner. You can comfortably walk through Wieden towards Opera, Ring street and Vienny city center.

Wieden is one of the quieter areas of Vienna, but very well connected. Within very short distance you can get to all major zones of Vienna:
- just 3 metro stations to St. Stephen's cathedral in the heart of Vienna
- 10 minutes by tram or 15-20 minutes walking to the famous Vienna Opera and Ring street with all the historic buildings
- 10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes walking to the famous Naschmarkt area
- 15 minutes metro or bus to the Museum quarter and Vienna's largest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse
- very easy connection by bus to metro U4 to get to Schönbrunn castle & zoo in about 25 minut
