The space
Anna's House consists of two bedrooms (standard double beds, closets), a large living room where there is also a fireplace, seperate kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The large private terrace with the lemon tree and the pergola faces the sunrise and overlooks the bay of Pigadia and the mountainous landscape, dotted with olive trees and vines, in between.

Other things to note
Othos has a unique microclimate that makes air conditioners largely unnecessary. Make sure you pack your jackets, and enjoy the cool summer evenings.

Othos is located in the center of the island, at a distance of 12 km from Karpathos town. Built at an altitude of about 500 meters, it is the most mountainous village on the island and is favored by a special microclimate ("bonendis" for the locals), which gives it coolness throughout the year.
It faces east, the Aegean and the surrounding mountainous landscape and is surrounded by various countryside ("metochia") where the inhabitants maintain vegetable & tree gardens, vineyards and olive groves.

Useful information: In Othos there is a grocery store, with prices lower than the supermarkets of the city, and two cafes-restaurants ("Othitiko" and "Mezzaria"), where in addition to skewers and grill options you will also find some classic Greek and local dishes.
