Designed by a Belgian architect, Willem Coenen. The bio-ecological architecture is combined with Belgian and Dutch design from the 50's.

Large desk and workspace with classy reception.
Big living room with extendable sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen.
One bedroom with double bed, toilet and bathroom.
Baby bed is available.

A 90 square meter luminous loft in the hart of
Brussels.The loft condominium is super secured.
For business use a minutes walk to the Gare du midi, close to the Thalys and Eurostar station.Zaventem airport is a direct train ride.
For travelers a few minutes walk to the historic center.
