The house is newly built (constructed in 2016) and provides all the comforts to ensure a memorable stay. It is a ground floor apartment, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a memorable spacious private inner garden with trees and flowers to chill out and enjoy your coffee or a romantic dinner.

Koum Kapi, one of the most picturesque quarters of Chania city, is located just outside the eastern part of the old walls of Chania city, lying between the Old City of Chania and the Halepa quarter. It took its name after the Turkish word “Kum Kapisi”, which means Sand Gate.
