The studio is situated close to Spathi Beach (200 meters walking distance). The beach of Spathi is one of the most beautiful, not only on Kea, but in Greece as well. It is large with nice bright sand, and can be found 14 km from Ioulida, the capital of the island, and around 20 km from the Port. During weekdays, depending on the month, you might find only a few people there. The road is not asphalted towards our area but for about five kilometers but the relaxing view when you arrive at spathi bay rewards you. Even on the weekends, it is almost never crowded. There are only a few houses around, and a beach restaurant which offers both modern and traditional Greek cuisines. You can find photos of the beach and the restaurant at www.spathi.gr . Although other beaches on the island have amenities such as water sports facilities, our beach is highly recommended for swimming and relaxing, since its crystal blue waters are ideal for this activity.
