I offer a lovely old building apartment on the mezzanine floor. Close to the Wienerberg recreation area and located directly on the tram 1, you can quickly get to nature and downtown. - By default, I provide an approximately 18 m2 room for your comfortable stay in Vienna. Another single room can optionally be booked! I, Alex, the owner (born in Upper Austria, 36), do not live in the apartment at the time of your staying!

The space
The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer! The rooms are of course all separately accessible. The central point is the kitchen with "minibar";) and includes all kitchen appliances that your heart desires. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.
The large street-side, but still quiet room with a large window (also due to new plastic windows) is oriented northwest. This room is ideal for 2 people. (Optionally also with a large vacuum bed for an additional 2 people). Travel Details from the host -> Ich bin selbstständiger künstlerischer Dienstleister, und lebe im oberösterreichischem Salzkammergut und in Wien! Ich liebe also die Ruhe und Weite der Natur und auch die Lebendigkeit der Stadt! Beides ist also unverzichtbar für mich. Wenn es die Zeit zu lässt, reise ich auch gerne in andere Länder, andere Städte! Neugierde ist das Wichtigste, was einen leiten sollte. Je urbaner und geschichtsträchtiger desto besser. Die Suche nach versteckten Lokalen in verwinkelten heruntergekommenen Gassen, das treibt mich an. Es ist wohl auch immer eine Art Abenteuersuche;) Gutes Essen, feines Trinken gehört fix zu meiner Ausgewogenheit. Ebenso ab und an laute (Website hidden by Airbnb) liebsten von neuen Bands. Das Nachtleben im Allgemeinen, ist in Wien als sehr vielfältig zu bezeichnen. Ich liebe es. Ansonsten genieße ich meine Freizeit mit meiner Freundin und Freunden, grillen, segeln, rad fahren. Brauche ich mal Abstand von allem, cruise ich gerne durchs Land und höre meine Musik. Ich, als Gastgeber, werde meine Gäste in meiner lieblichen charmanten Wohnung herzlich begrüßen! Ich freu mich auf die unterschiedlichsten Menschen, die in meinem "Reich" ein paar Tage in Wien verbringen! Selbstverständlich, gebe ich auch jederzeit Tipps und bin auch die meiste Zeit telefonisch erreichbar! Werner, mein Mieter, der in einem Zimmer wohnt, ist ein netter "Mit-Dreißiger" der, wenn ich mal verhindert bin, Gäste gerne im Empfang nimmt und sich um alle Anliegen bemüht! Hier ein paar Worte zu/von ihm: Hallo zusammen. Ich komme gebürtig aus Osttirol, war 19 Jahre im In- und Ausland als Koch tätig. Derzeit stehe ich in der Ausbildung zum Fotografen, spiele ein wenig Gitarre und bin gerne in der Natur. Ich freue mich auf eure Gesellschaft.
