Introducing the history and culture of the village: Kefalas village in Apokoronas is built in altitude of 352 meters in between Drapanokefalas and Georgioupolis possibly named after the fact that it was a base for the “lords” of the area, named “Kefalades” during the second Byzantine period (10th - 12th century).
