The space
The house is a 70 m2 cottage by the sea in a remoted and quiet area. The property is fenced and its main entrance is a moving door. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen fully equiped and one living room. On the outside area there is a living room, a bbq, a laundry space and a pool. All the rooms of the house are fully airconditioned and have blind curtains.
