My accommodation is 10 minutes from the city center and therefore a very cozy mixture of city life and "get out into the green".
Anyone arriving by plane can be with me within 45 minutes. Whoever comes by train is in 25 minutes from the main station with me.

Important!
For the journey to my accommodation just buy a simple ticket of the Viennese lines, as I offer during the stay a permanent ticket for one guest. (Valid throughout Vienna and around the clock)

The space
The apartment consists of a cabinet / bedroom and a living room.
The cabinet is about 12 square meters and equipped with a single bed.
The living room is about 25 square meters and is equipped with a sofa to relax, and a single bed that can be extended to a double bed.
In the kitchen everything is ready what you need and also a professional coffee machine is available for the hobby barista.
The bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub.

Travel Details from the host -> DE: Ich arbeite derzeit im Verkauf mit 30 Stunden, bin weltoffen, freundlich und interessiert an Sprachen. Wenn wer kommunikativ ist und dies ausleben will, bin ich dafür zu haben und habe immer ein Ohr offen, sollte man jedoch eher der ruhigere Typ sein, bin ich sehr anpassungsfähig und ziehe mich selber zurück. If someone who is communicative and wants to live it out, I am up for it and always have an open ear, but if you are more of a calmer type, I am very adaptable and withdraw myself. I have become a coffee junky, through work, and like to share this passion with the people around me. At my home are a professional machine, without which I could probably no longer live. Another hobby, so to speak, are plants. I try to collect all sorts of seeds and make them sprout. I also like to travel, but this is not always easy. My motto .... enjoy what you do, and feel good
