Το Κουμ Καπί είναι η συνοικία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω από την ανατολική πλευρά του παλαιού τείχους των Χανίων. Είναι χτισμένη σε ένα παραθαλάσσιο σημείο της πόλης με όμορφη παραλία.
