Myron House is a home in the Old Town of Chania, near the Municipal Market and opposite the historical Byzantine walls, which lead to the Venetian harbor. It is in the area of the knife-makers (maheradika), a historic district, which was comprised of artisans who settled after 1669 and who made the famous traditional Cretan knives. There still can be found one of these workshops today, right on the corner of the street where Myron House is located.
Diagonally across from Myron House there can be found the historical parish church of St. Eleftherios, dated 1636.
