This is Greenwich Village! It's the best neighborhood in the city, walking distance to a zillion historic homes and shops and street scenes, a block from 10 subway lines, close to the Hudson River too.

If you are staying in my city place, we live on the top two floors of the guesthouse, so there is always a friendly neighbor for you while you enjoy the city! If you are staying in my cabin, two hours from NYC, you'll have it all to yourself; it is a wonderful escape from the city, surrounded by mountains and free from cell phones and other impediments to Beauty and Truth. In addition to welcoming guests and making beds, Evelyn is a voiceover actress, educator and writer. You may also get help from Leos and Mateja, the fabulous kids of Jones Street, or a friendly hello in the hallway from Siggi the dog or Percy the cat.
