Neighborbood Overview:

We are wonderfully located in downtown Manhattan next to City Hall Park.
A 5-10 mins walk to Tribeca, Soho, Chinatown (my favorite) South Street Seaport, FIDI (Wall Street), the World Trade Center/Salvatore Calatrava Occulus and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Our neighborhood is shaping up to be a new culinary destination: Next door is the gorgeous Beekman Hotel which houses a Tom Collichio restaurant and Daniel Bouloud's new place Le Gratin, as well as a fantastic bar under the atrium. Eataly, Nobu, The Dead Rabbit, Blue Ribbon Grill, Manhatta, Crown Shy are the starred restaurants all in spitting distance. The new Seaport is particularly charming with Sundays In Brooklyn (great brunch), Momofuko Ssam Bar, Collichio's Carne Mare, The Paris Cafe, Jean George Vonhgerichten's The Fulton as well as the brand new Tin Building which is a culinary dream.
