This is a private two bedroom bungalow with backyard access as well as everything you need for your beach weekend (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.).

Neighborbood Overview:

The house is located right near the surf beach, so you're a bit away from the more congested beaches up by 87th and 108th, which is so nice on a summer day!

Our immediate neighborhood has everything you need: Locals Collective (coffee shop, surf lockers, surf lessons), Super Burrito, Cuisine by Claudette, Batesy's BBQ, Vino by the Sea (wine and liquor), the newly opened Tiki by the Sea (so fun! Tiki drinks and poke bowls), and Boardwalk Pizza (best spot for a quick slice), and Bar Marseille (french food and great wine!). Also within walking distance: a brand new YMCA, Almeda Club, and Goodies BBQ! There's also a big new playground with tennis courts, outdoor gym equipment, a water play area (sprinklers, etc), and play areas for both babies and big kids, located right across the street from the house.
