Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. The space
A former photo studio carefully transformed into a great unusual loft space. Very high ceilings and nice daylight. All furniture and installations are of high quality and where chosen with care. We have one proper bedroom with a queen size bed that can be fully closed. the other two sleeping options are a one person bed on the mezzanine and a convertible couch in the living room area downstairs.

Neighborbood Overview:
All the nice and trendy boutiques are right there as well as restaurants and cafes (APC, american apparel, agnes b, Antoine et Lili, ChezPrune, LeCambodge, Marie Louise, 10Belles...)
Also a Parisian open air market open on Sundays, supermarket, laundry, rental bike stations(Velib),.....
The popular MARAIS is just a 5min walk away, but the area along the Canal Saint Martin is amazing and upcoming and just became very trendy over the past 4-5 years, and my personal opinion as a local is, it´s a much nicer place to stay then the Marais: cooler places and more authenticity. It is comparable to areas like Berlin Prenzlauer Berg/ Kreuzberg or EastVillage in NYC, Silver Lake in L.A. ect.
And during the warm period it is definitely one of the best places to enjoy lovely sunny afternoons and evenings.
All the nice people from the area use to have picnics along the Canal whenever the sun is out, it´s magnificent. Travel Details from the host
