The location is very convenient as a sightseeing base for the whole Paris. You will be only 10 minutes away from Le Marais, and its nice restaurants, gardens (Jardin des Archives Nationales), museums (Musée Picasso) and nice terraces.
You will live in the heart of a vibrant shopping area.
Come and discover la Rue du Paradis, sip a coffee rue du Faubourg St Denis and taste the food specialties of la Rue des Rosiers ! It is a lively district with many restaurants and food shops.
20-minute walk to get to Centre Pompidou and less than 20 minutes to Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre.
You will also be very near the Canal Saint Martin, the perfect place for morning walks/jogs !
The Metro is located a few minutes from the apartment, you will get quickly to Champs Elysées, Ile de la Cité and Saint Germain des Près.
