My studio is a very nice and sunbathed flat for 2 people, with a lovely balcony overlooking the city of Paris. Located in the popular and lively heart of Paris, in what is called "le quartier Oberkampf", the flat is very quiet as it looks over a garden.
It is on the 9th floor of a recently renovated, safe building, located in a small street close to the metro stations Menilmontant (paris 11 - line 2), Saint Maur (line 3) and Parmentier (line 3), 10 minutes away from Oberkampf metro station (lines 5, 9) and 15 minutes away from the station Republique (lines 11, 9, 5, 3, 8).
