Charming appartment between the Butte aux Cailles and the Chinese area of Paris. Metro is just by the building door and there are full of restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores in the main street of Avenue d'Italie.
Very nice big private room (20sqm) with old parquet. There is a double bed and it's possible to add an inflatable matress on the floor. The place is fully furnished with a wifi access.
There is another bedroom in the appartment and sometimes my roomate is here.

The place is 60sqm, very cozy and fully furnished with free wifi access and washing machine. Less than 10min by walking from the cute Butte aux Cailles neighborhood and 5min from the Chinese area.
