Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

The apartment is steps away from the bustling rue de Bretagne, the newly renovated Carreaux du Temple and Paris´oldest outdoor market, the Marché des Enfants Rouges.

Travel Details from the host

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, French by adoption since 1990. After a career as a New York and French lawyer based in Paris from 1990 to 2012, I immigrated to Brazil in 2012 where I renovated properties in Rio de Janeiro. I’ve now returned to Europe to continue this activity in Portugal, but I keep ties to my adopted city of Paris where I frequently visit. The co-owner, Edouard, has lived in Paris since birth and works as an art and furniture dealer, with galleries on the rue de Lille on the Left Bank and at the Marché aux Puces in Saint Ouen.
