The space
40 M² - two rooms: a bedroom (double bed) giving on to a quiet interior courtyard, and a living room giving on to rue Yvart, a quiet residential street. There is a pull-out bed in the living room that can be used either as two single beds or as a double bed.
The apartment was totally renovated in 2017 and is equipped with all modern amenities.
If you like to feel the buzz of the Parisian lifestyle AND get a good night's sleep, this is a great choice for you. Located less than 5 mins walk from the busy Rue de Vaugirard, the apartment is peacefully tucked away in a quiet adjacant street.

Neighborbood Overview:

This is a residential and safe area of Paris, with a dominantly French flavor, though it is also home to many international delegates working at the European Space Agency, UNESCO or the OECD located in the area. There are numerous good (and reasonably priced) restaurants in the area.. a list will be provided in the welcome kit.
The area offers a 'native' shopping experience with all the preferred local boutiques on the Rue du Vaugirard and also on the Rue Commerce just a few blocks away. There are numerous cafés and boulangeries within a 5 mins' walk of the apartment and there is a small square (place Adolphe Cherioux) next to the metro station where you can sit and relax and take in the local atmosphere. Rue de la Convention (5 mins from Apt) hosts the typical French street market every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It offers a genuinely French lifestyle experience.
