My apartment is a five-minute walk from the Sacré Coeur, right between Montmartre and the more bohemian environs across the rue de Clignancourt. One bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen/library. There is a 1940 Erard piano in the bedroom that you can play (it's more or less in tune). It is quiet, calm, and peaceful. Ideal for a couple. The space
The apartment is small but cozy with two rooms, a bedroom and a kitchen with a table and chairs. There is a bathtub but no shower. Or rather, there is no shower curtain. So you can either take your shower sitting down as I do or just take a bath. The wooden bathtub is little for the simple reason that the door to the bathroom is narrow and I couldn't fit a bigger tub in. If you are a bigger person, say above 190cm or 100kg, you might not fit. Queen-size bed. Fully-equipped kitchen. I'm renting the place out while I travel; it is my home.

The apartment is located at the southeastern edge of Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement. It's a five-minute walk to the Sacré Coeur. Across the rue de Clignancourt is Little Africa. The immediate neighborhood is dominated by the fabric trade. People come from all over France to shop here. A million cafes and restaurants catering to all tastes are within short walking distance. The neighborhood is bohemian and has a great atmosphere. You are about five hundred feet away from the border of the 9th arrondissement, which is a little more upscale (the chic Avenue Trudaine is less than five minutes away). Travel Details from the host
