My appartment has a nice view on the Park Buttes Chaumont. Situated in the last floor, it is fully furnished and equiped, it measures 30 m² (2 rooms and one bathroom). I rent it when I go on holiday.

The area around the appartment is nice, very parisian and bohemian, not far from nice cafés, bars and cultural institutions. You can reach the center of Paris (Chatelet) within 20/25 minutes (door-to-door, subway included).
