The apartment is located between the Buttes-Chaumont Park and the Villette Park. It is quiet, luminous and very elegant :)
The balcony offers a clear view on the rooftops of Paris and for the the most adventurous a view on the Eiffel Tower !

The space
The apartment is nice, cosy and spacious enough for two people.
It is very plaisant to live in here. The sun enters the apartment all day long during winter since it is south facing :)
The kitchen is brand new and has a dishwasher. It is easy to cook in here.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment is 45m2. Plus there is a 8m2 balcony.

Neighborbood Overview:

The 19th arrondissement dates from 1860.
It's a young, cosmopolitan neighborhood with people coming from everywhere.
It is very enjoyable to have a walk or a bike tour around the basin of the Villette and the Ourcq canal.
The Buttes-Chaumont Park was created under Napoleon III, is the largest park of the city. The landscapes are breathtaking. During a promenade there you'll find waterfalls and wooded hills. I love walking in this park and stop at on of the restaurants to have a drink or eat something.
The Villette Park includes mainly the City of Science and Industry, the Halls of the Villette and the Philharmonie of Paris where you can enjoy concerts of prestigious chefs.
