The space
My 52 sqm big apartment is situated in the 5th floor of a brand-new residential building finished in 2018 and consists of:
- a living room with integrated kitchen, dinner table and seats for 4 people as well as a pull-out couch for 2 people
- a bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer
- a separate toilette
- a small balcony with splendid view on the Donaukanal
- the flat is accessible by lift
You can park your car free of charge but at your own risk in the public garage in the Webergasse (just 120 meters away). The parking space fits only for 5 m long and 1,5 m high cars. The keys are in the flat. IMPORTANT: If you have any difficulties using this type of parking, please note that there is no refund for this.

Park at your own risk. The key and the instructions you will get after the final booking. Please note that the parking is at your own risk.
