Outside the villa has a large terrace with various shaded areas and a large sea water swimming pool as well as a large BBQ area, with a fantastic sea view. The villa is 265 sq meters and consists of a main house and 3 guest houses. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC. All 3 guest houses have a bedroom and a bathroom.

This pleased him and the nymphs and waters returned, giving Kea a fertile soil with good crops.
The island has been inhabited since Neolithic times. In the 13th century, the island was ruled by the Venetians and 300 years later by the Turks. Meanwhile, Kea was often raided by pirates and the locals suffered greatly. It is therefore not surprising that Kea was one of the first Greek islands to enroll in the War of Independence in 1821.
