This completely private duplex, for NON-SMOKERS only, consists of a ground floor with a little private garden, and a basement floor (dressing, bathroom), in a typical Brussels house. The area is NOT TOURISTIC (no nice cafés or restaurants in the close vicinity), but is multicultural and safe.
Regional tax is included, no extra charge will be requested.

The space
The entire house counts 2 apartments: the duplex on the ground floor and basement, where you stay, and another apartment on the first and 2nd floor, where I (Carine, your host) live.

It is on the garden side of the house, so you will not be exposed to the street trafic noise; however, you'll hear the normal noise level of the circulation of the other inhabitants of the house in the entry hall and on the upper floor.

Bedsheets and bath towels are provided. There is an iron an an ironing board at your disposal.
