This is a bright, open layout and large apartment. 3 double bedrooms styled in a boho, homely feel. Its perfectly situated next to transport links to airport, main train-station, belvedere gardens and the U1 taking you to our famous danube.

The space
The space has a open plan living area, with modern cooking appliances, dish washer, fridge/freezer and a group of plants to keep you company.

Its very clean, airy and spacious you instantly feel at home in this apartment.

All 3 bedroom are large double and some with 3 windows all letting in the Vienna sunshine. Very comfortable double beds with lots of extra bedding, towels etc anything you need we have! :)

Guest access
You will have 2 sets of keys, bikes are available for use and the main door is very safe and family friendly.

We have a doctors surgery the floor below and all our neighbours are great with assisting if you need anything.

The neighbourhood is very safe and a lively multi-cultural district. If you want to see a more authentic side to Vienna then its great to walk down the main Favouriten shopping street during the day which is always bustling with children and music.

5 minutes up the road is a fantastic Peruvian restaurant over the street from Hauptbanhof. Supermarkets all very close by with a mixture of Turkish, Asian and traditional Lidl.

My favourite place in our neighbourhood is Wienerberg nature sanctuary, with a beautiful lake that is known for people having a swim during the summer sun. It 7 minutes on the train 0 or 67 up Laxenburger Strasse or 15 minute walk. If you like a run in the mornings head there, you will be immerse in a Viennese park.

Travel Details from the host -> I work freelance in the film industry, originally from the south of England. I recently moved to Vienna and enjoy spending my spare time eating good food, going to see live music, travelling and staying active with dance and running. We spend our time making our home a down to earth and happy home. We love to make people feel welcome with our constant laughter in the house. Unfortunately I work a 10-6PM jobs so I will not always be around to welcome new guests. I usually have an early night and early morning.
