This is an old Cycladic stone house, built in traditional style, only a few minutes' walk from the town centre of Paroikia and just a minute away from a secluded beach. It is not your typical holiday rental, it is our part time home, complete with a Bechstein grand piano, hundreds of books and a beautiful central courtyard, lush with greenery, protected from the winds and covered by pergolas that offer plenty of shade. From the terrace you can watch the sun set into the sea every single night.

The space
This house is ideal for 7 friends, one large family or two smaller ones. It is split into three sections grouped around a magnificent courtyard, which serves as an outside diningroom and a relaxing living space during the summer months. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a common entrance and bathroom. Bedroom 3 has its own separate entrance and private en-suite bathroom. This room is quite large and is perfect for a family of three.
