The space
This apartment is located in the 4th floor of a beautiful art nouveau house with high ceiling (4.5 meters). Although centrally located, this makes the apartment very quiet. Just around the corner you will find yourself lost in the lively Naschmarkt, or in one of the small art galleries nearby.

Your 25m2 room has a private balcony, with table & chairs to enjoy the sunset. The room is equipped with a newly installed fancy little bathroom. A separate toilet is located outside the room and for your use only. If you wish to use our fully equipped kitchen you are free to do so. :)

Travel Details from the host -> Dear guests, we are Sebastian & Stefanie, brother & sister, living together in this beautiful and huge 200m2 apartment. We both love to travel, to meet new and interesting people, to dive into new cities and to enjoy inspiring cultures. Each of us has a private 25m2 room in this apartment, but we share kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Because of the size of the apartment, the huge ceiling (about 4.5 meters) and the young and hip neighborhood we decided to rent the most beautiful of the three huge living rooms to Vienna-lovers like you. There is only one important detail: our cat (little tiger) is also sharing the apartment with us, so we can only rent to guests respecting animals.
