The space
From the entrance we can see the fine elegance of this villa’s unique architectural design. The stone-paved pathways leading to a small church located on the highest point of the 5,100 sq.m. land, are surrounded by lavish mature gardens creating colorful oases. Continuing with the external beauties of this villa we come to the large terrace with the ecological, heated swimming pool (20 x 6 meters) with plenty of space to entertain a great number of guests. Lia is located at the Southeast side of the island and the white thick sandy beach is just 500m. away from the Estate. There you may find "Liasti" beach club that has a restaurant, lounge shaded area, a bar and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with very attentive staff. The beach has also another smaller company managing more sunbeds and there is also public space between them.

The diving school located here offers courses, recreational dives and introductory dives for bothe certified and non-certified divers, while really interesting are the boat snorkelling trips they do offer at nearby island Dragonisi or around Mykonos itself.

Travel Details from the host -> Being an engineer of urban planning and regional development, as well as a graduate of real estate management & economics, academically I was intrigued in interfering with the property market. However, the virus came in after many years of travelling and experiencing hospitality from every possible angle like traveller, guest, host, captain, couch surfer (oldies), hostel crasher, amateur guide and ... now property manager.
