The space
The house is a 75 sqm over three floors property. On the upper floor there is a master double bedroom with its own bathroom,AC and a big terrace with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor there is the main living room with an open space kitchen/dining room , TV and AC. A sofa can also be used to accommodate 2 people .
A floor below connects with the ground floor with a traditional stairway going down to two more bedrooms ,and a second WC. One bedroom has a double bed and the second room has 2 separate single beds. One of them is a sofa bed .
