Traditional two-bedroom cottage house in the beautiful village of Armeni, just 12 min. south of downtown Rethymno, 20-30 min. from the most beautiful beaches of southern Crete (Damnoni, Schinaria, Ammoudi, etc.) and 10-15 min. from the beaches on the north coast (Rethymno, Petres, Gerani etc).
Situated in a very calm and quiet part of the village, close to the water spring "Roukouneli". The area is full of oak trees and near beautiful country roads winding through the countryside.
The space
Traditional house with pleasent cool temperatures in the summer in a relaxing and traditional part of the village.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has three single beds and a fold-out sofa bed and the other one has two single beds which can be joined to one double bed. Three additional sofas in the living room enable up to 9 guests to be comfortably accommodated in the property.

For swimming, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in southern Rethymno (Damnoni, Ammoudi, Schinaria etc.) in less that 30 minutes by car. For closer swims, 10-15 minutes away by car, you can visit the endless northern beaches near Rethymno (Rethymno, Petres, Gerani etc.).
About 35-45 minutes driving distance from the house, you can visit the also stunning beaches of Triopetra, Rodakino, Plakias and Souda, among others.
