The space
Located on the sixth floor (no elevator) it has a surface of 37 square meters. It can accommodate two to four people .
South facing and not overlooked, it offers plenty of light.
There is a lounge with an old double sofa bed, a small TV, wifi and a vintage stereo system to listen to your mp3.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, empty shelves to store your belongings, and a bathroom with a sink and a shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, toaster, kettle, a Magimix food processor, a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils you could need.
The toilet is separate.
There's a supermarket just down the building , very convenient for grocery shopping . You can also use the food already present in the apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet street that lies between Ménilmontant street and Belleville street. So you can enjoy the surroundings' effervescence (trendy bars of Oberkampf, many varied restaurants , clubs and concert halls) while staying in a very quiet place ; the appartment is right next to Belleville Park : sounds of birds, no traffic noise.
You can get lost in the tiny streets around and you'll believe yourself in the Paris of yesteryear. Admire the street art and the great cultural diversity of this area.
Finally, it is well located for easy access to the tourist places :
- The Père Lachaise cemetery, 10 minutes walk ;
