The flat is situated on the attractive, very pretigious and green road Amicisvej. Amicisvej lies as a peaceful oasis, yet one is only a few steps from the famous highstreet Gammel Kongevej or many other areas offering a large array of special shops, theaters and cafees.

The flat itself has been renovated carefully over the last 8 years bringing it back to it's original glory of 1880. The first 50 years of the house's history it housed Frederiksberg Girls School, but the school was sold and divided into 3 flats in the 40's.
