I absolutely love this place: new, 20 square meters, 14th arrondissement (20 min. walk to Lux. Gardens); bakery next door; surrounded by cute shops, grocery stores, great restaurants; safe neighborhood, fun, local feel. The space
The apartment is very cute, with the entrance through the first-floor courtyard. It feels very spacious and comes with everything you might need - Internet, calls abroad, TV, etc. (all this + water incl. in price). Fully furnished, towels, sheets, etc. included, and unfolded couch can sleep 2. I will also leave you with an inflatable mattress for guests. Lovely residential neighborhood, very safe at night. Lots of shoe and clothes shops, and also walking distance to the Montparnasse train station and shopping center. The owners will be in town and will help you with anything you might need.

Neighborbood Overview:
There is a bakery in the building next door... and another bakery in the building after that... there are lots of shoe and clothing stores, mom and pop shops, and excellent restaurants. Basic things (bank, post office, several large grocery stores) are all within a 7-minute walk. The neighborhood is like a little city in itself, and I love it. A fish market is 3 min. walking distance, and the pedestrian Daguerre street with markets and restaurants is right around the corner. You are on line 4 which goes straight downtown, and about 10 buses stop very close to the apartment. I love the area, that's why I'm staying in this apartment next year, too!
