I occasionally rent the living-room of my apartment which " feels Paris" according to one recent guest. In this room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. It well suits to a couple or a single traveler. We lend you sheets and towels. The bathroom is a shared room. We offer breakfast, french and practical. We have a long balcony, useful if you smoke !
The apartment is located in the 14th arrondissement, between Place Denfert-Rochereau (subway 4, 6 and RER B) and the Parc Montsouris. From our place, you can visit Paris very easily with subways and buses.
If you are particularly interested, we will appreciate you to send us a message to introduce yourself, as we don't really enjoy to accept any reservation without previous message to introduce yourself. We love to know our guests !
