In the quiet residential area of Montchat, we are 5' walk from bus lines C13 and 25, 15' from Lyon Part Dieu. We propose to host you for short stays, whether they are professionals during the major exhibitions of Eurexpo (we are on the T5 Tram line) or personal as for WE Bikers tourism in Beaujolais or for the very famous Festival of Lights on December 8th. It's up to you ;)

Dependence of 25 m2 for 4 people in 3 beds:
- The SOLO space: 2 single beds of 90X190
- The DUO space: 1 double bed 160X200
Bathroom, toilet, shower, refrigerator, microwave, electric heating, closed garage for 4 motorcycles or a car of average size.

Guest access
You have a dependency in total autonomy (no kitchen). But to access it, you will have to cross our apartment (see photos). In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace, the garden, the bar area to take the air and drink in peace.

The Montchat district of the 3rd arrondissement is the most eastern part of Lyon on the edge of the municipality of Bron, Villeurbanne in the north and the Montplaisir district Lyon 8th, in the south. Neighborhood village by its constructions of type home, calm and residential. We are close to all the merchants and several pizzeria;)

Travel Details from the host -> Famille de 5 hyper connectés, nous nous déplaçons le plus souvent tous ensemble. Avec au mini 5 téléphones portables et 3 laptops, nous sommes un peu exigeant quand à la qualité de la connexion internet. Motards en duo, nous aimons aussi découvrir les horizons nouveaux, là où l'humeur du moment nous emmène, là où nos roues se posent.
